Triangle Futbol Club serves players of all ages and abilities in
the Triangle area, from those learning to love the game, to
those at the highest levels of competitive play. TFC is
committed to providing excellent coaching, opportunities for
players to develop their optimal playing abilities, and a
professionally managed organization to coordinate the program
for the benefit of coaches, players, parents, and the Triangle
community.

TFC offers Challenge and Classic soccer for boys and girls ages
10-18, and
develops younger players ages 5-10 through our Youth Development
Program.
TFC is committed to making soccer more accessible to all players
in our community through our Community Soccer Clinics.

Directors of Coaching Marlow Campbell and Dewan Bader have
developed an outstanding, nationally recognized coaching staff.
TFC is committed to providing a healthy environment that helps
players develop all aspects of the game: technical, tactical,
psychological, and physical. TFC’s coaches set the standards for
players to learn the value of discipline, responsibility, and
communication on and off the field.

The TFC Staff, which includes Directors of Coaching, Operations,
and Youth Development, manages the day-to-day operations of the
Club. The TFC Board of Directors, elected by the
membership, governs the organization. Team representatives,
elected by each team, are the contacts between teams and the
Board of Directors. The Board operates according to the
TFC Bylaws
and the TFC
Guidelines ensure the safety, enjoyment, and
smooth operation of teams in training, matches, and tournaments.

opportunities for our highly regarded Triangle Futbol Club

History of the Club
The Triangle Futbol Club was created in 1999 through a
merger of three successful youth soccer clubs serving the
Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas. These clubs, Carolina
United Soccer Club, Knightdale Soccer Club, and the Triangle
Soccer Academy, combined forces to form a new club that could
serve the fast-growing Greater Triangle area. Merging the
resources of each club brought together the collective
experience of nationally recognized collegiate soccer coaches,
successful youth soccer club administrators, and experienced
youth soccer coaches with outstanding national reputations.
