Conor Donovan and Dean Rutherford from the 95' NC Alliance team have been selected for the U-17 US National Team Residency Program in Bradenton, FL. Of the 24 players selected, the NC Alliance is one of 7 clubs in the country to have multiple players selected for this program.
U-17 National Team Roster Finalized
The TFC U20 women, coached by Pete Sadin, won their 4th straight South Atlantic league title this Summer. The team will be looking to win their 3rd national championship in 4 years, after taking home the silverware in 2008 and 2009.
Ade Taiwo, from the 95' NC Alliance team has been invited/accepted into the US Soccer U-17 Residency Program in Bradenton, Florida. Beginning in January, he will live on the campus of the IMG Academies where he will train in the mornings and attend school in the afternoons with 40 other accomplished soccer players across the US. Ade joins fellow 95' Alliance teammates, Conor Dovovan and Dean Rutherford in the program. They will compete internationally and domestically. Congratulations to Ade on a fantastic achievement and we wish him all the best!
