Welcome to XL Travel and the TFC England Tour 2013

The purpose of this email is to give you a little further information and let you know what the next steps are.
XL Travel has been taking USA teams overseas now for over 10 years and the trips are always an enormous success. The tours are unique, educational and a lot of fun. Players will be placed in a professional soccer environment, playing games against appropriate European and International competition. This along with the educational aspect of the trip including sightseeing at some of the best landmarks in the country, makes for a once in a lifetime experience.
The itinerary blends games, training with guest coaches and cultural sightseeing with quality hotels and experienced guides over an eight night/nine day period. We look forward to welcoming you on this trip of a lifetime.
WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Please look at your itinerary at www.xltravel.com Choose the “MY TOUR PAGE” tab at the top right and when you click on “TFC” you will be asked for a user name and password. They are both identical and are TFC13, there you can view the itinerary and book your place on the trip using your credit card or by mailing in a check to:

Once you have registered for the tour you can swing by our Raleigh facility at any time to collect your raffle tickets and start your fundraising.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Typically players over the age of 14 will share rooms together and any accompanying parents will automatically be placed together (same sex only).This is preferred by most coaches as the purpose of the trip is after all a ‘soccer tour’ and players benefit hugely by sharing with one another. If you have a preferred roommate, you can specify this at registration.
WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR PAYMENTS?
The dates for the trip are March 29th – April 7th 2013 and the payments have the following timelines:
Deposit ($500): DUE
Second payment ($500): November 29st 2012
Third payment ($500): December 29th 2012
Current balance (includes flight base): January 29th, 2013
Group Flights: Subject to airline contract
DOES XL TRAVEL OFFER ANY FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS?
Yes we do. We offer a fantastic fundraising program involving a raffle prize draw for one of our “Soccer Fanatic Weekends”. There is an additional document online with details of this program. Once you have paid your $500 deposit, simply email us or give us a call. We will send your raffle tickets out to your home address or as we mentioned above, feel free to stop by our facility at 5600 Hillsborough St. Raleigh NC 27606
