The Triangle Futbol Club is excited to announce our new FAST Juniors program. FAST Juniors is for players (boys and girls) ages 5-8 that are looking for a more challenging training environment than what they are currently getting. Below you will find more information. If you have any questions feel free to contact program Directors Rich Flaim (Cary/Apex, Holly Springs) or Chris Perez (Durham/Chapel Hill).
The FAST (Futbol Accelerated Skills Training) Program is a competitive elite soccer development program designed to provide a more advanced skills foundation for younger (pre-U11 aged) players than is currently available in other locally available options. With experienced, professional coaches and proven success, the FAST program prepares players to play soccer at the very highest level.
FAST Juniors Program (ages 5-8)
The Triangle Futbol Club Fast Juniors program creates a positive environment that maximizes the player’s growth as a person, student and player. The Fast Jrs emphasis is on individual Technical development for the advanced player ages 5-8.
Our focus is teaching the fundamental of soccer in a positive environment that emphasizes creativity. We focus on building a strong relationship with the ball. Each session will be high in energy, fun and have positive coaching. Fast Jrs coaches will encourage our players to express themselves and make their own decisions.
Fast Jrs Curriculum follows a progressive model based on key developmental needs that have been identified for each age group. The program is divided into components that follow a progressive curriculum that focuses on fundamentals and applied technique through small-sided games, 4v4. The coaching staff will follow the coaching curriculum and provide progress reports. Through this curriculum coaches are able to provide each player with the most important information needed at their young age.
Fee structure:
$105 for the ten week program. Starting in the Fall there will be a $25 registration fee for all players. That fee has been waved for this Spring. Players will meet once a week for ten weeks. Players will also receive a TFC training t-shirt to wear at the practices.
