PHILOSOPHY

As a soccer club we strive to create a fun and competitive environment. We develop every individual within the team system and feel our club fosters success for players on higher levels of play within college and the US National Team environments. Our developmental model stresses achievement within our club by competing for state, regional and national championships. We have developed a framework that will instill character, self-esteem, confidence and sportsmanship within each athlete. 

TFC believes that our superior coaching staff provides an additional foundation for our players through their knowledge and ability to teach individual skills and group tactics. We actively recruit quality coaches and offer educational opportunities which ensure our staff remain on the forefront of the game.
